I was accused of being biased today toward one side of the conflict. It's not true . . . although, I probably act that way sometimes because I know more people on that particular side. I'm unbiased as I can be. I see what's wrong and right with both sides and have supported both, gained a blessing from both, and criticized both strongly.
I'm worried about the project though . . . I do NOT want to seem sympathetic to either side. The facts are my focal point and I will pursue them and an unbiased approach as best I can. With excellence . . . with an open mind.
